Assistant Private Banking Professional Wealth

Context

Degroof Petercam is looking for a dynamic Private Banking Assistant to reinforce our Private Banking team in our Professional Wealth department. You will play a critical role in the excellent service that we deliver to our clients and become part of our Private Banking Team in Brussels.
You will be in charge of the operational and administrative follow-up and assist the Private Bankers in everyday operations. You know and follow the procedures precisely.

Your Position

In your role as an administrative and commercial assistant, you

• Support Senior Private Banker
• Organize client meetings and proactively plan follow-up meetings with our clients according the scheduled frequency
• Prepare files and reports for customers’ and prospects’ visits 
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of clients’ meetings in close collaboration with the Private Banker
• Proactively contact clients by phone, mail, letter to ensure the administrative follow-up
• Ensure the account opening for our clients 
• Monitor and execute cash transfers and market securities
• Prepare donations 
• Manage the incoming calls and mails and help the client with his administrative requests
• Keep our database up to date

• You have obtained a Bachelor degree. 
• You have experience in a similar role (commercial, administrative); financial sector is a plus. 
• You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English.
• You work easily with MS Office (Word – PowerPoint – Excel) and are familiar with CRM systems.
