As part of our continuous development, we are currently looking for a Finance Process Officer Intern to join our Finance Integration team in Brussels. The Finance Integration Intern will work on a variety of assignments, helping us in our transformation journey by implementing new tools, processes and controls. You will undertake a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects, in line with established project plans and objectives across the group.

We are looking for an intern to join the team as of September 2023, for a period of 3 to 6 months.

Your Position

As a Finance Process Officer, you will play a critical role in overseeing the design and maintenance of process documentation, monitoring and reporting on process performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement.

You will be responsible for:

Overseeing the design and maintenance of process documentation;
Monitoring and reporting on process performance and effectiveness;
Defining and documenting business processes;
Analyzing and improving existing processes;
Monitoring and measuring process performance;
Identifying and resolving process-related issues;
Training and communicating process changes to stakeholders;
Managing process-related data and metrics;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams;
Continuously reviewing and updating processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile

You hold or are currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration, Management or Business Engineering (or in a related field);
You are fluent in French and Dutch, and a good knowledge of English;
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
You are able to work independently on an agreed agenda, within agreed timelines and as part of a team;
You have demonstrated experience and skills in administration
