As part of our continuous development, we are currently looking for a Finance Integration Intern to join our Finance Integration team in Brussels. The Finance Integration Intern will work on a variety of assignments, helping us in our transformation journey by implementing new tools, processes and controls. You will undertake a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects, in line with established project plans and objectives across the group.

We are looking for an intern to join the team as of September 2023, for a period of 4 months.

Your Position

As the Project Support Officer, you will be the Manager’s right-hand woman/man, and act as the driving force who has a direct impact on the efficiency and overall success of the project.

You will be responsible for:

Monitoring project schedules and budgets;
Preparing progress reports, documenting processes;
Managing risks & issues, and liaising with key stakeholders;
You will log, manage and analyze information on the progress of the project, using Excel and other bespoke databases.

Your Profile

You are currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Finance or Accounting (or any other relevant field);
You are fluent in French, and have a good level of English and Dutch;
You have the ability to work co-operatively with a diverse range of people;
You are able to work in a changing work environment and manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail;
You can work autonomously on an agreed agenda within scheduled timelines and budgets;
You have good verbal, written communication skills and strong organizational skills;
Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
