Context

As a Bank we consider reporting and analytics really important. Within our beating heart at HR, HR Connect, we are looking for specialist to strengthen the team with HR reports and analytics.

Your Position

•    As HR Analytics & Reporting manager you build dashboards and reports. You track the HR data/movements and provide data driven insights into HR activities within the organization. Based on these insights, you provide solutions to continuously create efficiency and synergy in HR processes throughout the organization.
•    You are responsible for delivering the reporting to the regulators (BNB, ECB, FSMA), this in close collaboration with other domain experts.
•    You build HR dashboards to visualize the most important KPIs, enabling HR Teams to steer and the business to get insights on critical HR topics.
•    You understand reporting needs for HR and produce/deliver standard, customized and on-demand HR reports for HR and other Business (Finance, Security, Compliance…). You assist other business/projects in defining their HR data needs.
•    You optimize HR processes to continuously improve data collection and reporting, and maintain HR data tools and dashboards. You provide visualization of processes, write manuals, and effectively present data and insights. 
•    You are responsible for HR data integrity, perform recurring quality control data validation, coordinate data cleaning if needed and support data governance processes.
•    You closely monitor the running data interfaces
•    You easily connect with local HR departments in Luxembourg and France to gather data and information
•    As HR Analytics & Reporting manager you are also responsible for the correct and timely employee payroll data transfer to our local payroll providers for our employees in NL/IT/ES/GE/LU (+/-25 employees). You make sure the local payroll providers have all the data to calculate the payroll correctly. You check the calculations and give instructions for payments. This in close collaboration with the payroll experts and C&B specialists. 
•    Overtime, you perform predictive analysis, based on complex data inputs from multiple sources, and make clear presentations showing the data analysis, trends, …
 

Your Profile

•    You have a master degree and minimum 3 years of experience or in an HR reporting and or HR data analyst role.
•    You are highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Experience in designing and developing reports based on different databases (e.g. SuccessFactors, (Ad hoq, ORD,) Eblox payroll, Eblox HR) and in data visualizations, is an asset.
•    You understand a payroll schema
•    You have strong analytical skills and a proven ability to translate complex information in an easy to understand, effective format.
•    You are quality minded, creative and have a high degree of attention to detail.
•    You are well-organized, able to work under pressure with competing tasks.
•    You are service minded, passionate about creating an exceptional user experience.
•    You have excellent oral and written communication skills and are comfortable to work with confidential data.
