Our IT operations department is a versatile hands-on team, dedicated to support and manage the bank in monitoring, scheduling, dashboarding, patching a great diversity of applications.

We are currently looking for an IT Operations Intern to strengthen our team as of September 2023 for a period of minimum 2 months.

Your Position

As an Intern in IT Operations, you will support the team by increasing its operational quality. You will be responsible for:

Updating the documentation;
Ticketing management in Jira and Snow;
Small scripting in Shell and Powershell;
Creating and updating dashboards;
Creating and updating self service pages;
The automatization by scripting according to your experience;
Decommissioning and monitoring of applications;
Supporting the team with incident management in Jira;
Standardizing.

Your Profile

You are currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, and have a good knowledge in computers;
You have excellent writing skills and are fluent in French and English;
You are proactive and task oriented;
You are eager to learn and to develop yourself in a versatile team;
You demonstrate a great command in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, VBA and Python;
Team spirit is in your DNA, and you like to work in a dynamic team in a challenging environment.
