Junior Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Context

This position will provide support to the Compensation & Benefits team, as well as the HR business partners and Talent Acquisition team. This support includes reporting and follow up on several compensation & benefits processes. 
As a specialist, you advise HR business partners & recruiters in ad hoc questions.

Your Position

Follow up of the compensation & benefits processes
•    Provides support to the C&B team on the compensation review process 
•    Participates and analyzes salary and benefits survey on a group level  
•    Assist in implementing our variable pay program
•    Is responsible for the implementation of the non-executive remuneration scheme
•    Prepares regulatory reporting and gives support on periodic audits
•    Participates and supports in a various range of C&B projects
•    Follows up on the implementation of our mobility plan

Relationship management
•    Collaborates with the HR business partners, recruiters & payroll officers in the different countries on C&B matters. 
•    Maintains close contact with the fleet manager & Finance Department
•    Initiates, expands and maintains contacts with relevant external parties

Expertise
•    Ensures (a pro-active) advice and support towards management and employees with regards to Compensation & Benefits procedures, systems, conditions, and instruments
•    Keeps up to date with relevant developments within own expertise and actively shares knowledge
 
 

Your Profile

o    Master degree in Economics / Finance or related field 
o    3-5 years of work experience in C&B, Finance or comparable field.
o    Excellent numerical and analytical skills
o    Advanced level of Excel is a must. 
o    Excellent knowledge of the French, Dutch and English language (word and written) 
o    Very eager to learn
o    Ability to work autonomously
o    Dares to question the current processes and comes with improvement proposals
o    Is able to structure activities and projects, sticks to agreements within deadlines and according to guidelines
o    Works efficiently and effectively, even under time pressure
