The Group Talent Management Team is a dynamic team of Talent- and Learning experts, looking for a new colleague who will focus on the broad variety of Talent- and Learning activities.  
In this function you report directly to the Group Head of Talent and get the opportunity to work in an international context. 

Your Position

You develop and implement learning strategies -and programs, in close collaboration with our business lines. You are responsible for:
•    The identification and monitoring of development needs across businesses in close collaboration with the business learning responsibles
•    The design of (transversal) training- and learning programs for business technical- and personal] skills across business lines 
•    The building and facilitation of an internal learning network with the business in order to realize our strategic ambition to develop top-notch expertise amongst our employees.  
•    The implementation of new training- and development programs, policies and procedures resulting from projects
•    The follow up of relationships (incl. contracts, budgets, …) with external parties (e.g. vendors and consultants)

You have: 
•    Strong Learning & Development expertise, with a passion for helping people learn and grow
•    Proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide learning & development programs 
•    A will to learn about our business as much as about the evolution of the talent landscape
•    Experience within the financial or service sector would be an asset
•    You are fluent in French, Dutch and/or English
