Security Master File / Pricing Officer - CDD

Missions and responsibilities

• You ensure that requests/information relating to creation of securities are captured accurately and timely

• You ensure that all securities are created in a timely, complete and accurately manner and released to internal systems within agreed procedures
• You reconcile the security data information and you validate the official price with Telekurs, Bloomberg and other data providers
• You ensure that the official prices of individual assets validated a timely, complete and accurately manner and released to internal systems within agreed procedures
• You ensure that client queries are responded timely and you identify new mechanisms in order to achieve increasing client satisfaction
• You provide Corporate Actions manager with regular feedback; you escalate issues and you ensure real-time escalation of any possible operational incidents
• You are in charge of daily reconciliation/resolution/control

Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• You have at least 1 year of experience in Security Master File/
• You have a very good knowledge of Telekurs and Bloomberg and a good command of Excel
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
• You are able to take initiatives and you are known for your good organization skills
• You are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
